This webinar is ideal for supplier corporate responsibility managers, managers involved in coordinating HSE or quality matters, and site/plant managers. Learners from TfS member companies, such as contract owners or sustainability specialists, are also welcome to attend.

Manuela Olivo, Sustainable Sourcing Specialist at Syngenta
Manuela Olivo is a Sustainable Sourcing Specialist at Syngenta, where she oversees the supply chain due diligence program, including EcoVadis assessments and TfS audits. She brings several years of expertise in analyzing audit reports and following up with companies to address findings and drive improvements. In the past, Manuela also served as co-chair of the TfS supplier audit workstream, that supervises the TfS audit methodology, processes, and quality.

Jakob Smets, Audit Manager at Together for Sustainability
Before joining TfS as audit manager, Jakob Smets worked for 10 years focusing on sustainability communications – mostly for Amfori-BSCI. This is an association for the retail industry, also focusing on sustainable audits in their supply chain. To broaden his scope, Jakob took on a project supporting a GHG reduction and offset company in the USA and a British paper recycler at its EU HQ. In January 2020, Jakob started in TfS, with the development of OASIS as his major task for the first two years.
