Since 2015, the TfS initiative received several accolades and awards from international organizations and initiatives:
CIPS Supply Management Award
The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) is a non-profit organization. With a global community of over 200,000 members, CIPS is the world’s largest organization dedicated to the procurement and supply profession. The CIPS Supply Management Awards reward the most innovative, forward-thinking procurement teams and individuals in the profession, and once a year, CIPS gives special recognition to companies and initiatives in various categories.
On September 12, 2018, TfS won the award in the “Third-Sector/Non-for-Profit Procurement Project” category. The CIPS judges commended TfS for being “an excellent joint initiative with clear results and engagement with the supply chain. The training program and approach to improvement make it an inclusive initiative for suppliers”.

Their work serves as a great example for other industries to follow.”
Ethical Corporation “highly commended” in category ‘Best Supplier Engagement’
“Together for Sustainability is an excellent, industry-leading initiative that has a tangible impact on supply chain that can be replicated in other industries and should be studied more closely by major companies worldwide.”
At the Ethical Corporation’s Sixth Annual Responsible Business Awards ceremony held in London, the TfS initiative was recognized “highly commended” in the category “Best Supplier Engagement”. The judges rewarded organizations who have been “agenda-leading in corporate responsibility” in 2015 and who could demonstrate emphatically that they are clearly managing a more socially and environmentally responsible supply chain than in their recent past. Most important aspects for the judges to take into consideration were helping suppliers to deliver against firm and clear targets and engaging effectively both top-down and bottom-up.
